Join us this fall in the beautiful Kootenay Mountains of British Columbia. We come together to stay in cosy cabins surrounded by forest and overlooking Kootenay Lake. Join us for an experience of slowing down, connecting with the surrounding nature and taking time to reflect, let go, and create.
The retreat consists of 4 days and 3 nights. Each morning we wake to yoga and meditation, followed by a delicious, light & healthy breakfast. We spend mornings being guided through self reflection and sharing. We will learn how to listen to what our bodies are telling us and to eat intentionally to support our health with Holistic Nutritionist, Jenn Keirstad. Together, we will learn customized recipes and practice making them.
We will spend time outside connecting with the surrounding nature. Think: forest walks, waterfalls, hot springs, and dips in the lake. You will be nourished by local, healthy food made fresh daily. There will be opportunities for sharing around the bonfire, gazing at stars, and relaxing by the water.
Each day we will have breakfast, and dinner together. There will be free time in the late afternoons, and after dinner, that you can choose to spend with the group or take the opportunity for solitude.
