Join us this Summer in Saskatchewan in the beautiful Northern Boreal forest on the edge of a clear water lake for a one day workshop. In peaceful surroundings, release the old, restore yourself and step into a new vision. Come and experience the stillness and let go of what you don’t need. Take a pause, connect with nature, and connect to your intuition.
You will spend time being guided through a process specifically designed for self reflection, visioning, setting intentions and sharing. We will take a walk through the forest and relax by the water. We will stretch, breathe and meditate together, no experience required.
When: July 23 2017 10 am – 4 pm
For Who: Anyone. If you want to slow down, spend time in nature, reflect, deconstruct old beliefs, step into a new vision, and learn some healthy practices for the body, mind & spirit.
How Much: $60 CAD for the full day workshop. The workshop includes a journal, coffee, and a snack.
Michelle has studied experience design and facilitation in Stockholm, Sweden and yogic and breathing practices in Dharamshala, India. She focuses on self growth processes and using simple techniques for better living. She is passionate about connecting to nature for all the benefits it has on our physical, mental & spiritual being, and also for the pure enjoyment of it. She believes nature helps us to heal in many ways and reconnect to our intuition. She loves seeing others find deeper connections and areas to grow and bloom.
