The Science

Science is proving what our INTUITION has always known.

We probably don’t need to be told that time spent in nature helps us to reduce stress, restore mental energy, improve concentration, and that it contributes to sharper thinking, and has anti-cancer effects.

Do we?  Sometimes we need the reminder.

Three days spent in nature has incredible long lasting effects on our entire being and is the much needed antidote to our busy lives.

Even if you just go out for a walk in the park, studies prove you come back with greater cognitive power. Which means –> more creativity and renewed positivity –>giving you the ability to be more patient and not just deal better with the people and challenges that we face through out our days, but perhaps, actually enjoy them.
